At Gallery by Flo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and gently used products.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all safety seals are intact if the product is unused.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
